The Löffelmann family
A family with heart
A lot made by hand. And a little bit of us.
Behind Ab ins Grüne stands us, the Löffelmann family. A goldsmith, a graffiti artist and the Löffel children, who belong with their own ideas and helping hands. We like to design, we are creative and we love details. As a family we choose furniture, rework it and think about which picture goes where. In the apartment our different perspectives come together. Some things made ourselves, some searched for a long time. The apartment came about through interplay and keeps changing with us. The children pitch in too, always with enthusiasm. When designing, sometimes with a brush, sometimes with ideas, with the cleaning and with whatever is coming up. So there is something of all of us in Ab ins Grüne.
And then there is our Löffelmann.
A hare as a family emblem? With our name that was obvious. After all, his long ears are called “Löffel” in German. That is how he found his place with us. Perhaps he will meet you right as you arrive. Perhaps you will only discover him after a few days.
This is where we stayed.
With the family came the wish to leave the city behind. We wanted it quieter, to be closer to the forest and to have more green around us. So: ab ins Grüne. We have come to value nature more and more as a place to recover. The clear air, the open space, the calm, undisturbed atmosphere and more attention to the small things. In 2018 we moved to Bad Wildbad. Here we found what we had been missing. And stayed.
Hospitality that travels on.
Being welcome in an unfamiliar place. Meeting people who think along and gladly share what they like about their area. Experiences like that stay with you. With Ab ins Grüne we would like to pass a little of that on. We furnished the apartment the way we would wish for ourselves as guests. With room to be together, a game for the evening and small things we enjoy when travelling that make the day easier. Now we look forward to you arriving, looking around in peace and finding your own favourite spot.
Your Ab ins Grüne family Löffelmann. We look forward to seeing you.
